Who We Are
Cappadocia Training Academy runs professional development courses for teachers, combining structured learning with the culture and landscape of central Anatolia.
Our Story
We started Cappadocia Training Academy because we believe professional development should be more than a webinar — it should change how a teacher sees their work. By bringing educators into a place as distinctive as Cappadocia, and pairing that with hands-on courses in art, mindfulness, outdoor learning and traditional craft, we aim to send teachers home with new tools and renewed energy.
Our team is made up of educators, cultural guides and local artisans who design and co-teach every course, so participants learn both practical classroom methods and the culture and history of the region firsthand.
Quality Training
Every course is designed and reviewed to meet Erasmus+ quality standards, with clear learning outcomes teachers can bring back to their classrooms.
Real Community
Small group sizes mean genuine connections with fellow teachers from across Europe — many of our participants stay in touch long after the course ends.
Local Partnership
We work directly with artisans, guides and guesthouses in Cappadocia, so your course fees support the local community as well as your own development.
