Educator | Montessori Trainer | Creative Workshop Instructor

Ayşenur Yayan is an experienced educator, Montessori trainer, and creative workshop instructor based in Cappadocia. Her professional background combines education, child development, Montessori methodology, educational programme coordination, and hands-on creative arts. Throughout her career, she has worked as a teacher, preschool educator, education consultant, Montessori workshop coordinator, school administrator, trainer, and project coordinator. She has also delivered Montessori training to teachers, university students, parents, and education professionals, while contributing to the establishment and development of Montessori classrooms and learning environments. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Bursa Uludağ University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Education from Istanbul University. Her professional development includes Basic, Advanced, Performance-Level and Teacher Training certifications in Montessori education, as well as training in special education, preschool child development, communication and educational practice. Alongside her educational career, Ayşenur has a strong interest in traditional crafts, handmade design and creative learning materials. She designs educational tools for children and works with a wide range of techniques and natural materials, including textiles, felt, ceramics, painting, embroidery and weaving. At Academy Cappadocia, she brings together education and creativity through practical, participant-centred workshops inspired by learning through experience and making.
